We believe the antenatal experience should feel personal, unhurried, and genuinely useful. That’s why we work in small cohorts only, creating a warm and relaxed setting where you can ask the questions that matter, connect with other couples at the same stage, and leave each session feeling genuinely more confident and ready.

Each cohort runs across four two-hour sessions over the course of a month, covering everything from birth preparation to those first weeks at home. Every session is interactive, refreshments are provided, and the whole programme is shaped by a handpicked team of specialists: a qualified midwife, a paediatric osteopath, and a certified baby first aid expert.

Abbeville Antenatal isn’t a large group class.

It isn’t a one-size-fits-all course. It’s something we’ve
built from scratch, specifically for couples who want a richer, more considered antenatal experience than the standard offerings out there. Small by design. Expert-led throughout. And rooted in the same philosophy of care and quality that runs through everything we do at Maison Abbeville.
