Hi, I’m Sophie, a French acupuncturist practicing in Clapham, South London at Maison Abbeville. I love supporting women through the many chapters of their lives with acupuncture, whether that’s making sense of a difficult menstrual cycle, navigating PCOS or endometriosis, preparing for pregnancy, finding calm during fertility treatment, supporting during pregnancy, recovering after birth, or easing the transition through perimenopause.
While female health is at the centre of much of my work, here in Clapham I welcome and work with anyone experiencing stress and anxiety, chronic pain, headaches, insomnia, or fatigue, conditions where acupuncture can make a real and lasting difference. I combine Western medical understanding with the richness of Traditional Chinese Medicine to offer care that is both informed and deeply personal. I draw on acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, Tuina massage, and auriculotherapy, woven together with lifestyle and dietary guidance tailored to you.
Alongside my Clapham practice, I work within a multidisciplinary women’s health team in central London alongside GPs, nutritionists, and psychotherapists because I believe the best care happens when practitioners work together.
My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel truly heard, supported, and cared for. I hold a BSc Honours in Chinese Medicine Acupuncture from the University of Westminster, I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN), and I offer consultations in both English and French.
